Listing of Providers and Support ServicesWell-informed parents and carers will be best prepared to achieve a positive outcome when seeking information and treatment for their child. Jane Cawley, a co-founder of Maudsley Parents, reiterates the importance of thorough preparation when making the initial approach. Jane suggests that parents and carers consider the provider listing as a guide only, and says, ‘Parents will get the best result by being well informed and being prepared to ask a lot of questions. It is important to be clear about what you want when arranging treatment’.
